We are an independently owned, dynamic property and estate management team operating in London and the Home Counties. Our geographical focus allows us to offer clients a proactive, diligent, professional and responsive service. We have gone one step further, all our clients and properties are managed by our firms Principals. 

We recognise that the property and estate management industry has gone through many changes in the past two decades, many professionals have left or are leaving the industry. With many of our competitors are being acquired and consolidating choice, we set-out to be bold and different, for our People and our Customers, focusing on the overall service delivery experience. 

Perpetual Residence was formed by our three initial founding Principals. Combined, they have over 60 years property and estate management experience between them. When Perpetual Residence was created in 2022, they were able to draw on their previous roles managing large regeneration schemes, prestigious postcode addresses, mobilised and handed over sites from construction, worked on management audits and trained/managed many of their peers within the industry.

Each Principal at Perpetual Residence has no less than 10 years experience, and has held senior positions in some of the largest managing agents operating in the United Kingdom. Our approach is to empower our People, employing Principals with the prerequisite skill, knowledge and experience to make decisions with clients, be accountable for client service delivery and building a portfolio of retained satisfied clients.
