Each client and property under our management is allocated to a Principal of Perpetual Residence. This approach ensures our clients receive the highest quality service delivery by a qualified professional, committed to improving the perception of property and estate management.
We have extensive experience in managing period properties and listed buildings. Careful consideration is taken from the outset, capturing regulations which need to be applied as part of our management services. We work with clients to protect and retain the heritage of the buildings we manage.
Property and estate management is not just about lease compliance, maintenance or reactive services. We have implemented many community initiatives and devised placemaking strategies over the years to create a true community. We'll work with our clients and residents to create a sense of place and indignity that is inclusive for all.
Clients have access to an annual calendar of events, from the cleaners scheduled visits, to the new fire risk assessment or residents meeting. We track all open tasks, provide access to bank account statements, paid invoices, reports, works orders and so much more. This allows our clients to ensure accountability in our service delivery. All of this is provided from our portal, and allows us to demonstrate the actions we're taking to proactively manage all aspects of their buildings.
